How do I create a task from a photo?
Open Taskr on iOS and tap the camera tab. Capture or pick a photo, then turn it into an assigned task with a title and owner. That photo is the evidence — not a WhatsApp dump.
How do I invite people?
Only a company admin can invite. In Company management, enter the person’s email and copy the secure invite link. Paste that link into WhatsApp — workers should not have to hunt for an email. They open the link, set their own password, and land in the right company.
Who owns the photos and tasks?
The company that created the project owns the records. Removing a worker’s seat does not delete the company’s photos or task history.
Is there a free trial or Android app?
This launch is iOS-first. There is no public card trial and no Google Play listing yet. Invited pilots use a 60-day promo code issued by Insite. Standard checkout is a paid company plan in HKD (Starter HK$160 / Pro HK$400).
Can I use Taskr offline?
Taskr needs a connection to sync. Capture when you have signal. Do not assume basement-proof offline.
I’m having trouble signing in. What should I do?
Use the email the admin invited. If you have an invite link, open that link to set a password. If you continue to have issues, email support@insiteworks.co.
