Taskr is a construction field app published by Insite Works Limited. The company that provisions your seat owns the project, task, and photo records created in that company.

What the app accesses

• Camera and photos: Taskr uses the camera and photo library so field staff can attach jobsite photos to tasks and progress updates. Photos are stored with the company’s project records, not as a personal photo album.
• Account details: We store the name, email, role, and company membership needed to sign you in and assign work.
• Task and project data: Titles, descriptions, assignees, comments, locations, and related files are stored so the company can run the job.
• Billing: Company subscriptions are billed in HKD through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers in Taskr.

Who owns the data

Project data is organization-owned. Removing a worker’s seat does not wipe the company’s projects, tasks, or photos. Individual users cannot self-delete company jobsite history from the app. Company admins manage seats. Full company deletion, if offered, is a separate data-owner process (not worker self-service).

How we use this information

We use this information to provide Taskr’s task, photo, and collaboration features and to sync data with our hosted backend. We do not sell your personal information.
